Out with the old blog, in with the new. My former webchild, Nur al-Cubicle, concentrated on the Middle East. It was soul-wrentching and helplessly depressing to chronicle Bush's cynical and cruel manipulations each day. Two and a half years worth! But I don't have the time to continue a daily blog, although I will eventually upload the timelines for the missing dates. And I may even ressurect Nur al-Cubicle sometime in the future but for now it's suspended.

So this is my new incarnation, with frequent but not necessarily daily updates.
